Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June  22, 2026

Last Updated: June  22, 2026 | Version 2.1

Your emotional data is private. We don’t sell it. We don’t use your emotional and wellbeing responses to target ads at you.

The full privacy policy is below.

MindGO Care, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Glow website at mindgocare.ai (the “Website”) and the Glow mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, and your choices. It applies to both the Website and the App. Where the Website and the App are handled differently, we say so.

By using the Website or the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the App.

1. Information We Collect

Glow includes both the Website and the App. They collect the same kinds of information, with one difference: we collect an email address only if you sign up on the Website. Where something applies to only one of them, we say so.

Information you provide:

  • Display name: A name you choose for Glow to address you by.

  • Age: Used to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement and to personalize your experience.

  • Pronoun preference: Used to personalize how Glow communicates with you.

  • Goal and preference selections: The choices you make during onboarding and throughout Glow.

  • Emotional and wellbeing responses: Your selections and interactions during sessions, including emotional reflections and personal growth choices.

  • Email address (Website sign-up only): If you choose to sign up on the Website, we collect your email address. It is stored separately from your other responses and not linked to them.

Your responses are stored under an internal code. We do not intentionally store your email or IP address within your response records.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage and session data: Session frequency, duration, features you use, and selections you make within sessions (including modality, profile, and session choices).

  • Technical and approximate geographic information: Device type, operating system, browser, app or site version, and information derived from your IP address such as approximate region. Used to operate and improve Glow and to diagnose technical issues, including those that may be region-specific.

  • Crash and error data: Collected to identify and fix technical problems.

A note about free-text and open responses:

Certain features may allow you to enter free-text responses. We encourage you not to include directly identifiable information (such as your full legal name, email, phone number, home address, or workplace) in these responses. If you choose to do so, that information will be stored as part of your data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Personalize your experience and deliver content that fits your needs and preferences.

  • Operate the Website and the App, including the onboarding and session experiences.

  • Guide your progress along your personal path.

  • Improve the Website, the App, and the content we offer.

  • Identify and fix technical issues, including those that may be region-specific.

  • Send communications related to your experience (including in-app notifications and, if you signed up, emails about your account).

  • Provide support and maintain the safety and reliability of our services.

  • Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and reach people similar to those who engage with Glow.

We do not sell your information. We do not use your emotional and wellbeing responses to target advertisements at you.

3. Emotional and Wellbeing Data

Glow is designed around emotional wellbeing experiences. You provide responses about your goals, preferences, emotions, reflections, and personal growth choices. We treat this information as sensitive.

We use this information to operate Glow, personalize your experience, guide your progress, improve content and safety, provide support, and maintain reliability.

  • We do not sell this information.

  • We do not use it to target advertisements at you.

  • We do not share the content of your emotional and wellbeing responses with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Marketing and Advertising

We run marketing campaigns to bring new users to Glow. To measure these campaigns, we use a marketing pixel and direct server-to-server integration with an advertising platform (currently Meta), in both the Website and the App.
We share usage and event data with the advertising platform, along with standard technical information such as IP address and cookies. We use this to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and to reach people similar to those who engage with Glow.

If you sign up, we also share a scrambled code created from your email address, not the email itself, with the advertising platform for the same measurement and audience purposes described above.

We do not share the content of your onboarding responses, or your emotional or wellbeing responses, with the advertising platform.

We do not sell your information.

5. How We Handle Identity

We are designed to limit the connection between your identity and your activity.

  • Your responses (onboarding answers, session selections, and wellbeing reflections) are stored under an internal code that we do not share with you and do not intentionally link to your email or IP address.

  • Email (Website sign-up only) is stored separately from your other responses and not linked to them.

  • Inside the App, your experience is connected to a unique user ID that we generate. This ID is stored on your device and on our servers. You do not see it, and we do not link it to your email or other account information.

This approach reduces the connection between your identity and your activity, but it does not make the data completely anonymous. Some technical information, such as your IP address, may be collected by our providers in the ordinary course of operating our services and may be considered personal information under privacy laws.

If we later offer features that link an email or account identifier to your activity data (such as account recovery across devices), we will update this Privacy Policy before launching them.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers operated by our providers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Inside the App, your unique user ID is stored on your device and on our servers. If you uninstall the App, the copy on your device is removed. Your data remains in our systems under the ID, but we do not maintain a connection between that data and your identity, and you will not be able to access it. Reinstalling the App creates a new experience from the beginning.

Access to personal and emotional data is restricted to authorized personnel.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Service Providers

We use service providers to operate Glow. These providers process data on our behalf.

  • Supabase (database and authentication): Stores the information described in this Policy and provides authentication.

  • PostHog (analytics): Helps us understand how Glow is used, improve it, and diagnose technical issues.

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications): Delivers the notifications we send you.

  • Sentry (error monitoring): Helps us identify and fix technical problems. We configure our integration so that the content of your emotional and wellbeing responses is not sent.

  • Meta (advertising platform): Receives usage and event data, as described in Section 4.

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, or governmental request.

8. Business Transfers

If MindGO Care, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at support@mindgocare.ai. We will process your request within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Your responses. By design, we do not collect identifying information about your onboarding answers, session selections, or wellbeing reflections. They are stored under an internal code that we do not share with you and that is not intentionally linked to your email, or IP address. Because there is no way to link an access or deletion request to a specific record, we will not be able to fulfill such requests for this data. In the App, if you uninstall, the copy of the code on your device is removed and you will start fresh if you reinstall.

Email. If you signed up with an email, you may request that we delete your email record by contacting support@mindgocare.ai.

Notifications. You may disable push notifications through your device’s notification settings.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information. To exercise any rights available to you, contact us at support@mindgocare.ai.

For additional information about how we handle wellbeing-related data under state health data privacy laws, please see our Consumer Health and Wellness Data Privacy Notice.

10. Children’s Privacy

Glow is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as it is necessary to provide Glow and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. We may retain aggregate, non-identifiable data indefinitely. If you request deletion, we will process your request within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through Glow or by other appropriate means. You can always find the most recent version on our website.
