Consumer Health and Wellness Data Privacy Notice

Effective Date: June  22, 2026

Last Updated: July 13, 2026 | Version 2.1

Glow is a consumer wellbeing product, not a healthcare provider, medical service, therapy service, or crisis service. Some privacy laws use broad terms such as “consumer health data” that may include emotional wellbeing, self-reflection, or personal growth information collected by consumer apps. This notice explains how we handle that information where those laws apply, including for users in Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut.

This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies to both the Glow website at mindgocare.ai (the “Website”) and the Glow mobile application (the “App”). Where this notice and the Privacy Policy overlap, this notice provides additional detail specific to consumer health and wellness data.

1. What Consumer Health and Wellness Data We Collect

Through your use of Glow, you may provide information that could be considered consumer health or wellness data under applicable state laws. This includes:

  • Goals and preferences you select during onboarding and throughout Glow.

  • Emotional responses and reflections during sessions.

  • Session choices and personal growth inputs.

  • Progress and path data within Glow.

We collect this information directly from you, through your interactions with Glow. It is collected as part of the core Glow experience and is used to personalize your sessions and guide your progress.

2. How We Use This Data

We use consumer health and wellness data to:

  • Provide and personalize the experience you requested.

  • Operate Glow and guide your progress.

  • Maintain the safety and reliability of Glow.

  • Provide user support.

  • Improve Glow’s content and features.

To provide these services, we share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), PostHog (analytics), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and Sentry (error monitoring). We configure our Sentry integration so that the content of your emotional and wellbeing responses is not sent.

3. What We Do Not Do With This Data

  • We do not sell consumer health or wellness data.

  • We do not use it to target advertisements at you.

  • We do not share your onboarding responses, session responses, emotional or wellbeing reflections, or wellbeing profile information with advertising platforms, measurement services, or data brokers.

We use advertising and measurement services (currently Meta and AppsFlyer) to measure our marketing campaigns. These services receive campaign-measurement information, such as conversion and retention events, as described in our Privacy Policy. They do not receive your consumer health and wellness data.

4. How We Protect This Data

Your consumer health and wellness data is stored under an internal code that we do not share with you and do not intentionally link to your email or IP address. If you sign up with an email on the Website, your email is stored separately from your responses and not linked to them. This approach reduces the connection between your identity and your data, but it does not make the data completely anonymous. Some technical information may still be considered personal information under privacy laws.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Access to consumer health and wellness data is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, or another state with applicable consumer health data privacy laws, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: You may request a summary of the consumer health and wellness data we hold about you.

  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your consumer health and wellness data.

  • Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw consent to the collection of consumer health and wellness data by stopping your use of Glow. This data is necessary for Glow to function, so Glow cannot be used without it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mindgocare.ai. We will process your request within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

Important: By design, we do not collect identifying information about your onboarding answers, session selections, or wellbeing reflections. They are stored under an internal code that we do not share with you and that is not intentionally linked to your email or IP address. Because there is no way to link an access or deletion request to a specific record, we will not be able to fulfill such requests for this data. If you signed up with an email on the Website, you may request that we delete your email record by contacting support@mindgocare.ai.

If you are a Washington resident and believe we have not resolved your concern, you may contact the Washington State Attorney General at www.atg.wa.gov.

6. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through Glow or by other appropriate means. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
